About Me | New Orleans Short-Term Rental (STR) & Investment Realtor

Hi, I’m Kayla Springer, a licensed Realtor specializing in short-term rentals (STR) and investment properties in New Orleans. I help buyers, sellers, and investors maximize their returns while navigating the city’s dynamic and sometimes complex regulatory landscape.

My path to real estate began in an unexpected place—pharmacy school. I moved to New Orleans in 2013 to pursue my doctorate and found myself spending free time alongside my husband, renovating and selling homes. I was captivated by how a property could be transformed and the impact that transformation had on people’s lives. After earning my PharmD and briefly working as a pharmacist, I realized that real estate had been quietly shaping my future all along. In 2018, I made it official and became a licensed Realtor.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients succeed in the New Orleans market, with a focus on STR and investment strategies. I analyze market data, identify high-yield opportunities, and provide clear, strategic guidance—whether a client is purchasing their first Airbnb, scaling a portfolio, or preparing a high-performing property for sale. My goal is always the same: to make the process seamless, informed, and profitable.

I understand that STR investing can feel overwhelming—the numbers, the rules, the constant changes. That’s why I combine deep local knowledge with a data-driven, client-focused approach, so every decision is made with clarity and confidence.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy time with my husband and two children, practicing yoga, and planning new adventures. Travel and mindfulness are core to who I am, and I bring that same balance and intentionality into my work.

New Orleans is a city full of opportunity, and I’d love to help you discover yours. If you’re ready to buy, sell, or invest in an STR, let’s connect.
